Saving Your Posts and Data

To save and share the reports and posts from your Blogger dashboard, you can use the following methods:

Saving Your Posts and Data

  • Back Up Your Blog Content: In your settings, you can download a copy of all your posts and comments. Look for the "Manage Blog" section and select Back up content to save an XML file of your work.

  • Save as PDF: If you want a visual report of a specific post like "The 'Moving Forward' Mission," open the post in your browser, press Ctrl + P (or Cmd + P on Mac), and choose Save as PDF as the destination.

  • Screenshots: Since you are currently viewing your post list, you can continue to use your device’s screenshot tool to capture specific data points, such as your view counts or tag lists (like "666=18=9").

Sharing Your Reports

  • Direct Post Sharing: Click the Share icon (the small branching icon) located next to each post title in your dashboard. This allows you to copy a direct link to the published article to share on social media.

  • Share Your Stats: If you want to share your blog's growth reports, go to the Stats tab on the left-hand menu. While Blogger doesn't have a direct "export stats" button, most users share these by taking a screenshot of the graph.

  • Public View: To share how the reports look to the public, click View blog at the bottom of the left sidebar. You can then copy the URL from your browser's address bar to send to others.

Would you like me to help you draft a social media post to share one of your recent articles, like "Sickness is man-made"?
