why go or stay

You go when growth requires distance. You stay when growth requires depth. Staying says: There’s still meaning here. I’m not done understanding this. Leaving isn’t the same as progressing. The real question isn’t why go or stay , but what are you trying to become — because sometimes you go to find it, And sometimes you stay to finish building it.
