The United States Constitution has been shaped by numerous amendments, each of which has played a crucial role in guaranteeing and protecting the rights and liberties of American citizens. From the First Amendment, which protects freedom of speech, Religion, and the press, to the Twenty-Seventh Amendment, which delays changes to Congressional pay, each Amendment contributes to the foundation of our nation. These amendments reflect the continuous evolution of our society and its commitment to equality, justice, and preserving individual freedoms. If you're interested in delving deeper into this topic, explore the complete list of constitutional amendments! Sure, I have a note of those critical amendments for you.

  1. The First Amendment protects freedom of speech, Religion, and the press and ensures that the government does not interfere with these rights. Freedom of speech and its limitations in the world of 2024. No N-word, No gender terms of man or woman. Fire in a movie theater or other verbal limitation devices by select groups. Should the chosen group control the language of the land, or the language that is infinite in scope control the people? Some words have less power yet are hot topics, Like hillbilly stupid- Smelly, or gross. You can compound them or selectively use them if you are in the click. Should a click be allowed to use a hyperbolic word in another group? Can a fireman yell Fire? A hillbilly says your a hillbilly?  Is the freedom of speech explained to the press or extended to it. A third dynamic self of one Individual passing as a group with individual self-persevered freedoms? A machined thing by which to manipulate and direct others? Per Scientology Ethics, the wording is misaligned. It should be Individual freedom of speech. Freedom of the Press, then freedom of Religion. There is one missing freedom. Freedom of the wife's husband for their children. Scientology Ethics are based on the Bagi of Ageta, one of the oldest religions on the planet. Ehthic itself is outside the scope of Religion but is a standard for contemplation. It's the shadow in the cave behind you. So the lineup is Self freedom of speech, Mom/Dad/Children freedom of speech / Religion/press. The first four dynamics of existence. Freedom of the press is redundant, and at cross purposes, All All use different ways to speech modalities. Should the Individual, mom & dad, or the press have freedom of no taxation? This should be looked at. So much has been done against the other three freedom groups by the Religious component. Should Science be the new freedom with no taxes? Or the educational system? Religion is the dos of Science, the workhorse of every Individual's life. Unlike the Lower form of Religion and the placebo, you cannot Religionor without it. They have yet to find out what it is. It is a mystery sandwich no different than Life itself and Karma; why him and not me. We look to Science for these answers, not RelReligioneligion needs to be removed or limited, and Science replaces it. The new lineup is Freedom of Speech-Individual- Freedom of Mom and Dad- first compelling of existence after birth. Freedom of The press and education. Freedom of Science. The removal of taxing Science will explode education, Health welfare, and taxation. Church pay up.
  2. The Second Amendment guarantees the right to bear arms, allowing citizens to own firearms within legal bounds. The right to bear arms needs adjustment into the four areas of combined existence that work within any period, past, present, or future. The Individual right to arms is as important as the willingness to live life. Has not been about hunting food for many generations. It's about basic survival. If the local government has it, the local people also have a right- a need to have it. From ammo to battle cruisers if they have them. The excess of decommissioned equipment and all arms belong to the people. A need to be allocated as such. A local town would not need a battleship, but Boston may? Let them decide. Which could include recycling its parts. Base in other lands belong to other land but should be kept from the equipment. The future children will need to decide about this. Leaving our destruction toys at some bay, port, or base is not a good idea. If a police department has tanks, then citizens should have tanks. Ect. Legal bounds are for people, not groups or corporations. They need to work.
  3. The Third Amendment prohibits the quartering of soldiers in private homes without consent during both wartime and peacetime. This is self-evident, but it happened everywhere in the Civil War. Government forces have no authority over Individuals or family units, but they do have control over schools and corporations, cities, and states.
  4. The Fourth Amendment ensures protection against unreasonable searches and seizures. Law enforcement generally needs a warrant to search property. What is unreasonable? What are seizures? Both are outside of the law, as we look forward to today. How about you/us? Has the law been used unreasonably? Seizure is a twist of trust that the Individual has no say over. It is indeed true. Or false but unreasonable. As sure as a policeman lies to your face. Less than 2% of the people can outthink a highly trained police officer. The Individual should not have the right to OK a search of their house or car. There are pockets. The drug war, a war against our brothers, secured a 40-year drop in dads and homes with our dads and a rocket ride to the cost and numbers of the prison population. Unreasonable price times for nonviolent crimes have cost the nation some of its best people. Billions would be spent on a mental health issue called a drug war. Yet we allow children to have their dicks and clits and titts removed at 10 years old without Mom and Dad knowing. A need for the amendments to treat them as an individual group is paramount. A more national crime than smoking some weed. This is why we need Science in charge. That will control medicines down to toenail Doctors.
  5. Fifth Amendment: Includes the double jeopardy clause (preventing retrial for the same crime) and the right against self-incrimination.
  6. The Sixth Amendment provides the right to a speedy and fair public trial, an impartial jury, defense counsel, and witnesses.
  7. Seventh Amendment: Allows trial by jury for civil cases when the value exceeds $20.
  8. The Eighth Amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishments and excessive fines or bail. Millions of inmates are subject to these daily, and the Amendment needs to be clarified entirely.
  9. The Ninth Amendment clarifies that citizens have more rights than those explicitly listed in the Constitution. One such right is the right to decide about the Supreme Court system. Accepting their understanding of the law from their Ivory Tower includes the power to enforce time limitations not based on their death. 20 years max. The safety of all from there needs to be correct.
  10. The Tenth Amendment affirms states' rights and powers not delegated to the federal government. The states should hold and retain all necessary control over the federal government. One only needs to see how they allow corporations to get themselves and the federal government dirty. It is the safest way to say they commit more crimes than 98% of the people do. So, the states need to claw back their powers. Daily, they out-stock pick better than Warren Buffet. Are they better at R&D for NASA? Can they open a can without someone's help? We need to legalize all drugs. Empty the prisons of nonviolent and victimless crimes. Drop the DUI protocol. It is a Mental health Issue, as drugs are. The process for amending the United States Constitution is outlined in Article V. Here are the key steps:
    1. Proposal:

    2. Ratification:

    3. Archivist's Role:

    4. State Involvement:

    5. Ratification Documents:

The process involves federal and state participation, ensuring a balance between national and local interests in amending the Constitution.
