A local Bail bondsman in the Marion County court system. They proved that knowing who you know is essential when committing crimes against kids or a local traffic stop.   Donnie Harold Harris is a  business owner  and  politician  affiliated with the Public Party of Indiana  1 .   He was a write-in candidate for Governor of Indiana in the 2012 elections, with his running mate being George Fish  1 . Harris was also a Public Party candidate for Mayor of Indianapolis in 2011 and ran as a Public Party candidate for the U.S.   Senate in 2010  1 . Harris was born on August 1, 1953, and attended 21 different grade schools in Indianapolis.
